Thank you for your interest in participating in the Fifth ASEAN Congress of Tropical Medicine and Parasitology. We are finalizing the program and need your commitment to your slot in the oral and poster presentaiotn. We have received additional requests to be included in the program from participants who submitted their abstracts after the deadline on March 15. They were told to wait until after April 1, the deadline for remitting early bird registration fees. Please settle your registration fees on or before April 1 to ensure your slot in the oral and poster presentation. Don't forget to email the scanned copy of your deposit slip.

Additional Guidelines for Oral Presentors:
1. Presentations on the first day of the congress will be done in a plenary session.
2. There will be two parallel sessions on the second and third day of the congress.
3. Please observe strictly your time limit. Speakers on the first day have 30 minutes each while speakers in the parallel sessions have 20 minutes each.
4. Cue lights will be placed in front of the podium for your guidance. A green light means your time is okay. A yellow light means you have five minutes left. Finally a red light means your time is up and a buzzer will sound shortly after.
5. Please make sure the smallest font in your powerpoint presentation is size 22.
6. Please save your powerpoint presentation in the 1997 to 2003 format.
7. The deadline for submission of powerpoint presentations is on April 15, 2012.
