C. Figures and/or graphs should be limited to six.
- Abstracts for both oral and paper presentation should not be more than 500 words.
- Abstracts should stick to the following format:

- Font used should be Arial, regular size 12.
- Abstracts should be submitted to Dr. Lydia R. Leonardo at [email protected] on or before March 15, 2012.
- Papers accepted for oral and poster presentation will be known by February 28, 2012.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
- Poster presenters are required to use tarpaulin posters measuring three feet wide and five feet long.
- The following format should be used:

- Font size should be large enough to be read from a distance of three feet.
- Posters will be exhibited for half a day whenceforth presenters are required to be nearby for inquiries.
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
1. Plenary speaker will be given 40 minutes each to speak. Keynote speakers will be given 30 minutes each and all others 15 minutes each.
2. Each session will be moderated by a chair and vice-chair. Time limits for speakers should be observed strictly.
3. There will be an open forum of 15 minutes after all the speakers have delivered their talks in each session.
